Course description English Business Communication Intensive C1

This intensive C1 English Business Communication course introduces you to English skills that help you navigate a business world that is becoming more globalized every day. Learn Business English and corporate language that improve your interactions with colleagues and international business contacts in your industry.

Develop business communication skills for clever negotiations and conversations with domestic and international associates. Practice teamwork and maintain positive relationships with other companies, colleagues, and contacts in English. Make waves as you present your entrepreneurial ideas clearly and with impact.

To help you have unambiguous business conversations free of misunderstandings, we’ve rounded out our course with regular sessions in the LcL Language Lab. Complete practical roleplay tasks with varied case studies from business to hone your speaking skills, English accent, intonation, and pronunciation.

Embody competence with English Business Communication C1

- Respond to key topics like brands and marketing, problems and solutions, logistics, working abroad, and entrepreneurship

- Have professional conversations with business partners, write professional correspondence

- Study specialized communication skills, such as active listening, collaborating, and influencing

- Work as a team on case studies based on real scenarios in business to find support solutions

- Practice English Phonetics, listening, and pronunciation

In one of the most beautiful streets of the 7th district in Vienna.

The top renovated rooms of our old Viennese Biedermeier house from 1695 offer a comfortable and modern atmosphere to help you focus on your learning. Our offices contain five classrooms, each about 10 to 25 square meters. Every classroom is furnished with easy-to-move desks and chairs, as well as a cloakroom. On sunny days, our picturesque courtyard is also available for lessons outside. Our language institute is on the ground floor. The building itself is under monument protection, it is one of the oldest houses of Vienna. Right around the corner from the school, you will find numerous cafés, restaurants and bars as well as museums, theaters and cinemas.

Underground: U3 (Volkstheater or Neubaugasse), starting Autumn 2023: U2 and U3 (Volkstheater or Neubaugasse)
Buses: 48A (St Ulrichs Platz or Kellermanngasse) or 13A (Neubaugasse/Westbahnstraße or Burggasse/Neubaugasse)
Tram: 49 (Stiftgasse or Volkstheater
If you're traveling by car, the Contipark Garage Museumsquartier or the Payuca Garage Kirchberggasse are available for a parking fee.

The stops and parking garages listed above are at most a five-minute walk from our facilities.

It was very intensive course, thanks to which i learned a lot. Teacher was very patient and helpful. It was crazy for me to get to know people from all over the world and work with them. You can see the school is new, you can feel the breath of freshness. Class to practice pronunciation is a super experience. I'm thinking about starting the next course, this time a level up.

"I had a good experience and improved my language skills during my time there."

The location is practical and accessible. The facilities are new and some are still being renovated/improved. Some equipment such as headphones and microphones were not fully set up and were used on the last day of class. The instructor was really good, spoke clearly and explained things well. The setup of the classes was good. Ideally, it would be great to switch up class activities and make them a bit more dynamic so that it’s not as repetitive over time (such as creating dialogues or conversations). The staff is friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that they provided us with water for every class. Overall I had a very good experience. While there are things still being set up or renovated, I think this institute already has great potential for being a good resource for language learning.
